The video represent feelings that too often we repress seeking external distractions,
the process of acknowledging them and letting them go, by channeling them thru creative expression.

After quarantining for a week, I woke up hurting.
Something really heavy was reminding me of past memories, so I have decided to listen to the story the had to tell me. 
I let them move my body WITHOUT JUDGEMENT.
Without conscious thinking of how the movement should look like,
leaving behind the "correct" technique and anything else that wasn't the present moment.
I used myself as director, filmmaker, subject, editor.
I didn't care about comparing my work to what I could have done with some help.
I just wanted to work with what I had, already, within.
I hope this inspires you in doing the same.
Because most of the time what we seek it's not found in "perfection":
what we are missing it's not behind that door.
It's inside. And it's called SELF VALIDATION.
